Pay for Leads?
I'm not sure if I am the only one who decided...why not give it a try? But I sure hope so.  I would hate to know that there are too many other Agents wasting important time and good money on pay as you go leads.  I was promised leads, and I got them. I was promised good leads, NOT.  Maybe my idea of a good lead is different than most....good lead to me means....they are or can be qualified...their phone # is not only correct but is still in service...and they are of legal age. Then I was told if it wasn't a "good lead" then I wouldn't be charged and a new lead would be generated, and it was...they weren't going to leave you without something, no matter what that something might be.  So after a few weeks of "chasing" down customers and spending quality time shooting emails and making phone calls with no contact with ANY customers (oh wait, there was 1 and after speaking with him a few moments he admited he was already working with THREE OTHER AGENTS!) I decided to cancel with this company...no big deal, they cancelled my account with them no problem...UNTIL a month later ... more
