MULTIPLE OFFERS-- Honolulu County Trend
It IS a fact that in the city of Mililani in Honolulu County, Hawaii we are seeing the same thing over and over. LOW INVENTORY = MULTIPLE OFFERS on just about anything! 
This beautiful townhouse in Mililani Garden Homes II received MULTIPLE OFFERS and my sellers settled on one that they believed would be a solid transaction. The fact of the matter is that they also have a solid back up offer too! 
Two years ago we had it on the market and the sellers couldn't afford to leave it vacant for more than two months. We ended up taking it to my company's Property Management division to rent it out until such time that we could possibly put it on the market again.
This situation worked out just fine.
I'm hoping all of you are having healthy markets as well.
