While Labor Day weekend technically marks the end of summer, Mother Nature is refusing to comply!  Temps in the 90s didn't keep buyers at home, however.  Open house activity was brisk, and buyers were out in force to check out the available properties.
Unlike back in late spring and early summer, buyers are taking their time with putting things under contract.  Don't let this deter you if you are thinking of selling - the difference in Days on Market for those sold during July and August was 18 days, vs. those currently under contract having an average of 27 Days on Market, still a very healthy market for selling in Belle Creek.  Keep in mind that a property sale typically closes about 30-45 days after being put under contract.
