As always, the Alpharetta real estate market slowed somewhat in August because those people who needed to be into their homes before school started closed on their home sales earlier in the summer. While the volume of sales shows the seasonal adjustment, the August numbers show no signs of a slow down in the increasing sale prices.  Even so, if you want to purchase an Alpharetta home there are still some good deals out there.  There are many Alpharetta homes for sale put on the market after Labor Day, and fall is always a good time to buy!
