South Carolina State Fair

The South Carolina State Fair is the Palmetto State's largest event. Their office is located in Columbia, SC. The mission and objective of the South Carolina State Fair shall be to promote the material, educational, agricultural and industrial interest of the State.  So what makes this family oriented event so popular? Is it the awesome, crazy food like fried Oreo's?  The ferris wheel, or the sky ride?  Maybe you love the concerts like Foreigner, or Kirk Franklin. Kid's can't wait to find The Commerford and Sons Petting Zoo near the agricultural barns.  This year don't miss out on learning about South Carolina's local heritage by coming to the Gullah Geechee Day!  So much to do, so little time.  Make sure you get your discounts on admission from BI-Lo if you purchase tickets before October 8th.
