Dallas Oak Lawn Home Sales were up 36% in August 2013
Dallas Uptown including Oak Lawn and Turtle Creek Texas Home Sales were up 36% in August 2013 over the same month last year with 125 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 944 homes sold, a 42% change from this time last year. New Dallas Uptown including Oak Lawn and Turtle Creek Texas Real Estate listings changed 33% for the same period last year with 187 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 13% change with 1,434 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 28%, with 109 homes contracted.
