Keeping yourself motivated...when it all falls apart.
It all starts with generating a lead.  You work hard.  You blog, update your website, work on SEO, etc.  WOW!  You get a lead.  You are so excited!  You follow up by making the call, sending an email, reaching out.  
After a week, you get the lead on the phone and turn them into a buyer.  You set the buyer appointment to meet them.  
Another week later, you meet them in your office (YAHH) they sign a buyer agency.
Over the next few weeks, you show them homes every Saturday.  After they have sat on at 10 different kitchen tables, they finally find THE ONE!!  Their dream home.  You prepare their offer, (YAH) offered submitted.  
You work through the contract with the other agent, there is some give and take, but it all works out.  A signed contract, with a settlement date.  Whew!! 
The home inspection comes.  They find some things wrong, ok, but you get them all figured out.  HOME STRECH!!! 
It's two days before settlement.  You get a call from the buyers.  The husband, and bread winner just found out that his company is relocating.  They won't be able to proceed with purchasing the home, because ... more
