It's early October in Riverside, RI and the leaves are starting to turn their brilliant colors of yellow, orange, and red. Normally, this time of year homeowners are preparing their homes for winter and decorating for the holidays. The real estate market begins to slow and less homes come on the market. The median sold price in Riverside has been slowly climbing since early August from $150K up to $165K as of October.
The median list price hit a high in early September of $180K and has slowly dropped to about $170K.
The median days on the market for homes in Riverside averages out to be about 53 days. For properties priced too high its much longer. Some homes have recently sold within a few days due to great pricing by their Realtor and sellers.
