East Amherst Housing Market – September 2013
Homes for sale in the Williamsville School district are experiencing a nice upswing in sale prices this month.  Were you one of the lucky ones to have more profit and less days on the market?   Let the records show…   Homes for sale in East Amherst sold for an average of $368,088 in September 2013 spending 28 days on the market.  The average sales price is up nearly $80k from last month and time spent on the market almost halved!   Twenty-six homes were sold in the 14051 zip code in September 2013.  Six of them are currently ‘under contract’ and the other 20 are ‘pending sale’ with an average price of $258,000.   East Amherst had 79 homes for sale to offer home buyers in September; nine more than the month before  The prices on these homes range from $1.2 million to ~$123k with the average price dipping from last month to ~$376.  The average days on the market for Septembers current listings are 124.
