Cripple Creek Colorado is a quaint mountain town tucked up in the high country about an hour West of Colorado Springs. With the history and character of the town itself, the gold mine right outside of town, casinos for food and fun, and natural beauty in every direction it is a great place for your mountain home or mountain getaway. Real estate in the Cripple Creek area can vary widely in terms of style of house, location (ie year-round access or tucked away), square footage, acreage, age and amenities in the area.
In September 2013, there were 72 total single family homes on the market. Of those:

Sold properties ranged from $125,000 to $165,000 with an average sold price of $143,500 for the month of September 2013.
