Ormond By The Sea Florida is a mostly residential unincorporated area of Volusia County Florida between Daytona Beach and Flagler Beach, and between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. Just outside the city limits of Ormond Beach, there are mainly condominium buildings along the beach and State Road A1A. Most of the remainder of the Peninsula is single family homes and parks.
 
There are many parks in and around Ormond By The Sea.  There is always something to do in the area from Daytona Beach to Flagler Beach including festivals, arts, museums and much much more.  There are special events like Bike Week and the Daytona 500 that draw hundreds of thousands of visitors.  Ormond By The Sea has local restaurants and bars for you to enjoy as well as the beach.
