Making room for the return of Subprime
 
 We have seen the crazy changes in our industry in the past few years... Huge refi boom followed by a race to the bottom with subprime lending both for brokers and banks... Now with conforming guidelines continuing to tighten... the gap for subprime lending has grown again... the plenty of opportunity for very good subprime loans to be written again... I think this one of the signs of bright light in our industry... before everything got turn upside in the subprime world there was a lot of money to be made as a subprime company... let watch and see what happens... money talks and time will tell... best of luck to all in 2008, it is going to be a great year!!!
