Walton County Trends
Walton County Florida is located in the Panhandle and sits between Destin, FL and Panama City Beach, FL.
 
The report just came out today from September.
New Home Sales are up 18.73% for the year.
Condo and Townhome Sales are up 5.41% for the year.
Lot sales are down 14.57% for the year.
Total Foreclosures are down by 9.15% for the year.
New filings for Foreclosures are down by 35% for the year.
 
Inventory levels have dropped creating a new demand for new home builders and signs of activity can be seen everywhere.  Prices are up with inventory dropping.  Lots are selling for twice what they sold last year during the same period.
