Colorado... beauty, majesty and amazing all rolled into one!
I have written several posts (many actually) about my great home state of Colorado. With our capital, Denver, that always ranks in the top 3-5 cities for most days of sunshine its hard to have a bad attitude here. Add to that the backdrop to our west of the Rocky Mountains and the drawing card just gets stronger here. Colorado has a very entrepreneurial make up and some of the healthiest resident among all 50 states. We got our nickname of the "Mile High" City due to being 5280 feet (1 mile) above sea level. The funny thing is Denver is among the flatest cities in all of North America but you wouldnt know it from the backdrop we have of the Rocky Mountains.
To start things off let me talk about the famed outdoor amphitheater Red Rocks this half God created, half man created venue starts off the season each year for Easter Sunrise Service and is something people fly in from all over the country to experience. It hosts films, music of all types and many a health nut or want to be health improved person who comes to exercise and run its stairs.
