Roundhouse Vic-West 100 Year Anniversary, October 20, 2013.
It is always Pfunn to celebrate an anniversary, Specially a 100 year anniversary as that for the Victoria West’s Roundhouse today, is a pretty rare event.
Linda and I had a little time to spare so we popped over and toured the site and wondered around the buildings for a bit.
The Roundhouse in Vic West and all the buildings and grounds do have a lot of local history, and it is evident with every step, every building and door. It would be wonderful if these grounds and buildings would be preserved and get a long term regular use for the greater good of the community in one way or another.
I know it is hard to find funding and the commitment in today’s society, yet preserving some pieces of history while making them current would be a great way to be able to secure the Roundhouse in Vic West for the Next Century, and that would be Pfanntastic.
We enjoyed walking around the site and visiting with a few past clients, all good Pfunn.
