We walked early this morning and found this sand castle sitting very close to the ocean.  I’m not sure who the building contractor wasand there was no For Sale sign on it yet, but I don’t think this will be on the market for long.
You truly could say that this property is just steps from the ocean with its own magnificent view.  I think the only downside will be the owner’s ability to secure hurricane and flood insurance.
