I knew I'd written about Olympic Auto a while back, but I was a bit surprised when I looked back through my old posts and discovered that it was nearly 2 and 1/2 years ago that I wrote that last post.  I'd say a new Olympic Auto post is long overdue.
Anyone that's spent some time in the property management business will tell you that finding great vendors and contractors can be one heck of a challenge.  Lawn guys will start off like gangbusters, only to get comfortable after a short time and let their 2-week cutting interval become 3.  You have to stay on top of things with every A/C or plumbing invoice that rolls in, as mark-ups can kill you- and the law of averages allows that an unnecessary repair will get done from time to time.
So when you find those great vendors and contractors- and they do exist, you appreciate them.
Same rationale goes into the folks you trust to fix the ol' vehicle.  There ... more
