Real Estate Activities 10/30/13 - The World Woke Up This Week!
It's been quite a busy week so far and it's only Wednesday!
So far, I've put 2 properties under contract, taken 2 other offers and am working on at least 5 new listings.  My batteries are recharged and I feel ready-to-go!
I find myself looking around while asking, "What house can I sell next?"  I have to admit that I like feeling this way again!  (I must also admit that I haven't felt this way in a little while.)  
I'd really love to see at least a few more of my listings go to contract over the next couple of weeks.  My clients would be so very happy!
I'm representing some rather nice properties, too!
