Do you have passion for what you do?
Do you have passion in your life and business?  One of my favorite things is to spend time with people in all professions that are very passionate about what they do.  I really don't care what people do for a living, as long as they love what they do.  I came to this conclusion a couple of years ago when I spent time with a couple of my business partners and made a decision that I would only spend time with people that are the best at what they do and are passionate.  Time is one of the most important assets that we have so it is critical to treat it like gold.  
Since we have made the decision to spend time with inspired and passionate people, it seems like we have more inspired people come into our life.  And it is easier to spot them even before they open their mouth.  We had another amazing time in Napa where we saw passion at work.  

While on a Wine Tour, we visited 4 wineries.  The two favorite wineries where also the most passionate as far as people that worked there or owned the winery.  Is it a suprise ... more
