5 Tips for New Real Estate Agents
In our recent company meeting, we learned that approximately 700 agents a month in Arizona leave the business of Real Estate.
We've gotten several new agents in our office over the past year, and I've been happy to work with some of them and answer basic questions if I can. 
A few things hit me in observing them that I thought might be helpful to share in my "top five" thoughts about being a new real estate agent.  These are simplistic, but feel free to contact me if you need more explanation.
1.  Always keep learning.
2.  Make sure you begin with a few month's income in savings.
3.  Be proactive -- not reactive.  Don't sit in the office day after day trying to learn how to fill out forms.  Get out there and meet people, and THEN come running in with your questions about forms.
4.  Advertising costs $$$, marketing can be free.  Take advantage of social media sites and create an online presence.  This includes starting a personal web page, and blogging.
