Fishing for Buyers and Sellers?......Puzzled as to what bait to use?
As a Real Estate Agent, we are always trolling for a client. Whether we are out in the public, on the streets or in the stores, we are fishing for clients. We fish from behind our desks and computers. But what is the best way to fish and hat bait do I use?

It depends on whether you are fishing for Buyer Fish or Seller fish. You don't throw worms or minnows at your potential customers, who really aren't fish after all.
If you are fishing for Buyers or Sellers, here are some of the baits that I use:
Newsletters, Direct mail, Direct contact, referrals, business cards
You may get a bite with some of these baits and they may lose interest, so you may have to switch baits and then try the CMA, 203K or the Home Warranty. Sometimes you have to use the Sellers assistance. The best bait to use for the Seller is the Full Price Offer, but they sometimes also get away.  Sometimes, you may catch the same Seller fish or Buyer fish more than once.  Usually it is a good sign if they ... more
