My First Formal Listing Meeting
Hello Everyone. I have listings so don't misunderstand me. I just got back from my first Formal listing appt.Wow am I wired. I do not know if I got the listing yet but it was a great meeting. The people were just wonderful and I really enjoyed thier home. We seemed to hit it off right away and my price of thier home seem to be on target..The home is really nice and alot of love has been put into it. So wish me luck everyone. If I get it you know where I will post the listing first. After the MLS of course...
