November Day 18 - Communication Skills are Necessary
What are your communication skills?  
How are you communicating to others?

There are different techniques - You have to find what works for you and what you're comfortable with.  What's your style and what and how are you presenting yourself and your service or product.
 
Your Body Language is vital to communicating.  
Some people may not understand what you're saying, but your body language speaks so loudly.  If you're open, friendly manner than your verbal and nonverbal messages come from the heart and people will receive what you have to say. 

Your Materials, Brochures, & Website is also another vital tool to communicating. 
Can people understand what's written? Is your material too wordy, maybe it doesn't have enough words, what about pictures, diagrams, etc.? Are you checking for spelling errors, grammar, etc.?  Do they know and understand what product or service you're offering? 
With knowledge and practice, you can become an effective communicator.  Whether you're just starting off in the business or you're a seasoned person in business, you can use each opportunity to speak to enhance your personal and your business success.
