Do You Sink Your Teeth into the Blog Post, or just grab a crumb or take a nibble!
Please, please, please!!! For those of you who just throw something up on your post hoping to get some type of notice, STOP IT!!! Sink your teeth into your post. Put you into it!!! Otherwise, I, along with myriad others who do put our all into a post will not be stopping by to comment on whatever it is you are saying/not saying.
I am rarely at a loss of words, but today I am!!! In responding to comments on one of my posts, I found myself going to reciprocate, and what did I find? NOTHING about which to comment. Either it was something that had been copied in its entirety and posted or just had a bunch of useless information repeated for ten days in a row. For this type of a post, I am truly at a loss of anything to say. I refuse to say, "nice post," or "wow, very cool post you copied from the website," or "what do you think you are doing?" ;-) 
Here, on Active Rain, we have such a great opportunity to showcase ourselves, our writing skills, our knowledge of our market, and hopefully get the attention of other professionals who will think of us as a "professional" ... more
