THE WIZARD OF OZ and Real Estate?

Alan Kirkpatrick shows in his blog below, lessons of life and fiction, the parallels that can be shown, proving point in Real Estate. We all can identify with "The Wizard of Oz'.  I sure hope they had good Insurance in Kansas,  Read the blog below and see how you can relate the story to "The Wizard of Oz"  

 
What do we learn about Real Estate from the Wizard of Oz?
-Do not buy a house in Kansas. Just kidding. The real lesson is to buy a good Home Owners policy with coverage for flood and tornado's
-If your home lands on witch take her shoes you can use them to bargain later.
-A castle is not all it's cracked up to be especially if the owner is a witch.
-Property is expensive and rare in the emerald city but rual farm land can be much more affordable. 
-Keep a bucket of water on hand in case of fire.
-Don't take apples from your neighbors orchard the trees don't like it. 
-Don't monkey around in the dark forest.
-A good Ax can come in handy when a friend get locked in a room.
