Bridle Trails is a wonderful community that boasts a 482-acre Bridle Trails State Park.
The beginning of 2013 started with 8 active listings in Bridle Trails and two sales.

From March through November sales were brisk ranging from seven sales up to 14 sales.
As of November 2013 there were 13 active listings in Bridle Trails and three sales which may be due to the colder weather.:

 
Bridle Trails is close to downtown Kirkland and has easy access to 405. There is also a Transit Center along 405 which offers residents the convenience of parking their vehicle and taking the bus into Seattle or Bellevue.
