What does a Pink Pig have to do with Christmas?
Since I am not a native Atlantan (few are); I just couldn't get over the excitement many expressed around the Holidays to ride on a Pink Pig.  That's right, I said a Pink Pig!!!!!
The Pink Pig is a children's ride that sets up shop every winter on the top of the Lenox Mall parking garage. A fun break for kids that are tired of holiday shopping, Priscilla the Pink Pig has been a symbol of the holiday season in Atlanta since the 1950s. Stop by from November 2 - January 5 to hop a ride around the fun fantasy land. Each ride costs $3 and repeat rides have a special discounted price (2 rides for $5.50, 3 rides for $7.50).
A portion of the proceeds from each ride will benefit Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. 
Hours vary throughout the season, so be sure to check the website before you set our for your Pink Pig pilgrimage! The ride is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
