Living in South Davis County...Smokin' Bones...
Who doesn't love Barbecue?  Well, if you do, this post is for you!  About a week ago Darcy and I tried out a barbecue place in Bountiful, Smokin' Bones.  The food was amazing!  It is a little out of the way, but it was well worth the search!  They smoke their meats on site which makes for extra tasty food!
I had the smoked sausage, I will admit I was expecting a commercially produced sausage. I was very surprised, it was a sausage that if it is sold commercially, it was one that I have never found it in a store.  I also sampled the brisket, it was melt in your mouth good!  The one drawback is that if they get busy, they may run out of the more popular items.  They had run out of ribs with a large group that there when we got there.
The hospitality is very good, and it is a fun atmosphere. The one fun thing is the bull like pizza oven.  Oops, I forgot, they also serve pizza.  I didn't try it, but it was still a great dining experience.
