Garden Grove home in escrow.
The house was placed on the MLS on Saturday afternoon I did an open house on Sunday and by Sunday eveing we had over 8 offers several of them all cash over the asking price. 
 
On Sunday,  I did an open House in Garden Grove, CA    The property had gone on the MLS the day before on Saturday.   I place the open house on the MLS, which of course goes to Zillow and other 
 
 

websites.  But I did no other marketing.  I prepare 50 flyers.  I put out 7 directions signs.  That was it no other maketing or promotion of the open house.  Then the rush began.    I had 50 flyer gone in 60 minutes and people keep coming.   50 flyers gone!    Normally I am good at getting people to sign the guest book,  But  not this day, with this many people it was just crazyness. The open house was planned for 2-4 pm.  
I did in advance print Purchase Agreements up before going and stayed focused enough to hand write two offers on the house.
