What You ( as Buyer) Should Know
Getting a mortgage to purchase home is not only small inconvenience  that you have to overcome to get into your dream home. It is actually very important ( and expensive) part of home buying. 
First of all if you pay with cash, huge amount of your closing costs goes bye, bye.   
Second of all- when you finance , what matters the most to you ? Of course money you have to bring to closing. You are actually buying mortgage , not only home, and it isn’t small purchase, so make sure you are happy with what you are getting. 
What else is important? Monthly payment. And right now rates are still at record low…It may make difference of hundred of dollars on your budget every month for ( most of the time) 30 years. Take advantage of prices and low rates.
