It has been a great couple of weeks in the Rain!  I had 3 posts featured...THREE!  What an honor.  Knowing how many amazing, interesting, topical, smart, funny writers there are dancing here, I was wow'd!  I could not be more pleased to be ACTIVE on ActiveRain again. I have been so impressed by the comments on each of those posts.  They really added to the original posts and created such a wonderful dialog!
 

I know the information I read here and the research I do for some of my own posts helps me to be a better loan officer.  It also helps me to be a better partner to the agents I work with, especially those who have not discovered the power of ActiveRain!
I also know that my ActiveRain blogging has helped me to be more recognized in the industry.  I have had Realtors I meet tell me that they read something I wrote.  I have had other lenders share something I have written.  I have had clients mention a post either when they first contact me, or in the course of our transaction. I was even asked if one of my posts ... more
