The VA has increased the VA Loan Limits for many California Counties, with the Bay Area counties of San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Contra Costa and Alameda topping the VA Loan Limits for zero down VA loans at $1,050,000.   San Diego County increased to $527,500 for the 2014 VA Loans, and LA/OC counties are at $687,500 for 2014.
