Photos - Do You Use A Professional Or No?
I just met a photographer at my new listing to take photos.
Why don't I just take those photos myself?
Because I don't have a $7000 camera like he does. I don't have the same "eye" he has. I don't have the professional photo editing software he has. I don't have the skill he has.
I know I "could" take my own photos, however, I know I'm not a professional photographer, despite the desire I have to be better at it.
At the end of the day, I would rather spend the money (in this case $115) for a professional photographer to send me the best shots of the property and a virtual tour. I believe it not only saves me time and money in the long run, but it's the best representation of the property, and in today's digital age, having the best photos to link to the listing as soon as it goes live just makes more sense to me.
