Wondering about TVA lake levels??
I sell a lot of lake front property in the North Georgia & Western North Carolina area and one of the most commonly asked questions is "What are the water levels?" The lakes in my area are controlled by the Tennesee Valley Authority (TVA) and the water levels do fluctuate.
