February Contest!!! It's February and Love Is In The Air!

I love anything that brings out positive stories for all of us to read.  Lisa Von Domek is hosting a fun challenge for February where you can share with us some of your favorite "feel good" transactions.

This contest is all about a transaction that you loved to handle because it made you feel so good. This contest is not limited to Realtors...Home Stagers, Mortgage Professionals, Contractors; all AR members are encouraged to join in. Here are some prompts for posts: What was/were the best aspect(s) of the transaction? Did you help First Time Buyers find / finance / renovate the perfect home? Were you able to help find the light at the end of the tunnel for someone in extremely difficult circumstances? Were you working with Seniors or a Military Relocation with special requirements?
