 Listings Are The Name of The Game
Recently spoke to an agent who did not want to take listings because she feels that sellers are difficult, demanding and need too much attention. This agent is  looking only for buyers and trying to find all kinds of ways to attract people in the market but only to buy. Do they not realize that listings produce buyers?
As far as I am concerned, listings are and have always been the name of the game!
