Couldn’t you just clone him, please?

As a home stager, I love helping a seller by showing them  easy things they can do to help sell their home.  And, just as a parent isn’t supposed to have favorites, this client ranks in my top 3.

When he called, he said  “I want you to be brutally honest with me.  Don’t hold anything back!”

Many will say that, but he meant it.  Mr. Seller was moving his young family north so he could pursue a lifelong dream and everything was waiting for him there.  He was also ready to make this move quickly because he and his wife were expecting their second child very soon.  

He’d been watching some of the staging shows on the cable channel but did not feel the need to impress me with his knowledge.
