CYPRESS CREEK LAKES FINAL PHASE UNDERWAY
The final phase of the popular Cypress Creek Lakes, a 1600-acre community located on Fry Road south of Hwy 290, is moving forward according to the developer, Mischer Development.  Builders Ashton Woods, Lennar, Perry Homes, Village Builders, Newmark Homes and Darling Homes will build homes priced from $190K - $600K.  Approximately 1,000 homes are slated to be built in this final phase.  At completion, Cypress Creek Lakes will also include a welcome center and recreational facilities which include a clubhouse, exercise room, two pools and a playground.
The popularity of Cypress Creek Lakes is driven in part because it feeds into some of the best schools in the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District.
