 I started my business career as a teacher and put that aside once my husband and I had our first son. Ready to get back into the professional world, I was seeking a career that would allow me the flexibility to spend time with my family. It was obvious to me that a career as a Real Estate Consultant was the best choice for me. I had been working as a Marketing Consultant for Summit Lending, and a big part of what I did was help other real estate agents with their marketing efforts. I learned that helping someone to find their dream home is a rewarding experience that I wanted to be a bigger part of! It was quite a switch for me going from a school teacher to a real estate agent, but I know that my values, morals and passions can be exercised in both of these careers just as they were during my "stay-at-home mommy" days.
