I Never Thought I Could Live in that Neighborhood. 

What I love about being a real estate agent is that I can help make dreams come true. This is the story of a lady that had her sights on a neighborhood for over 20 years but never thought she could actually live there.
This sweet lady had just retired the year before. She lived in a small, very cute house in a neighborhood of a lot of other small, cute houses. It was all she needed by her own admission. She felt a little guilty even thinking about moving. Maybe she shouldn't and ought to be content with what she had.
But she had a dream,  a dream to live in another neighborhood, a particular neighborhood in a larger brick home with more rooms, bigger rooms and large shade trees that would allow cool breezes to flow through the house. She asked if I could help her make the move. Not only was she afraid of her age not letting her get a loan but she had limited income with her Social Security, a small pension and income from a part-time job at an area restaurant.
