Hoping To Share With Three People So They Can Share With Three People

This is an amazing story with great advice!  Thank you Liz for sharing your story.  
I am sharing in hopes to find plenty of others who will also share and get the word out.    I just went for a physical, not because I felt badly, but because I hadn't been in too many years.   I was one of the lucky ones.   A-ok.

It's almost the end of February and so it's almost the end of Heart Health Awareness Month.  This morning on the news an anchor said to share heart health with three people and to ask them to share with three more people.
So on that note I am actually asking for at least three members to re-blog this post so that more people can see it.
To make a long story short I thought that I was really out of shape but just to be safe maybe I should  have a stress test.  My primary said he would order one but felt it was a condition issue and I should start walking to get in shape.  It didn't help, actually got worse.  I let this ride for a few months ... more
