10 mistakes buyers make when purchasing a home.

As the market continues to rise one of the things I notice is there are several buyers I start to work with that wish they would have bought sooner at a lower price.  It ties in to point #10 below, but also really ties into point number #1 and #8.  With the higher prices a buyer now has to either "settle" for a home.  Or max out their budget in many instances.
I don't want that to be you, so buyers check through this list I am re-blogging and if your someone who wants to move - what is holding you back from starting the process now?
