Choose this excellent activity for body and soul. It is low impact yet reaps high energy benefits.  Hatha Yoga encourages you to improve your flexibility and focus as you learn exercise techniques with deep breathing to relax body and mind. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress or to stretch tired muscles. You can build mind-body health and increase vitality by using the positional exercise you learn with Monday instructor Anna Sandidge or Thursday instructor Felecia Flynn.
