New condos in San Francisco along the Van Ness corridor
There's a building boom going on in San Francisco, with cranes spotted almost everywhere one looks. Much of the building is in the South of Market area (SOMA) and along Market Street, both commercial and residential. However, some condominium projects are being built along the Van Ness Avenue corridor, too, in the northern part of the City. Three in various stages of completion are:

1645 Pacific, Pacific Ave near Van Ness

1645 Pacific will have 39 condo units, ranging from Junior 1-bedroom units, to homes with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office.
 
Amero, at Filbert and Van Ness

Amero will consist of 27 two- and three-bedroom condos with a rooftop terrace. Some units will have decks, some city and bay views.
