Great news! The median sales price in Macomb County Michigan is up 35.0% and is now at $108,000 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $80,000 in February of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by 25 days, from 84 to 59.
