Independent or Franchise and Why?
Ok, I would love to know know . . . 
Are you with an Independent Brokerage? Are you with a Franchise Brokerage? Why?  
I am not interested in hearing debates of one franchise over anther.  I believe real estate is a local business driven by local consumers and want to hear why you are with either an independent or a franchise and how you feel it gives you leverage in building your real estate business.
