Classis car owners want to protect their investment from the elements and most folks in living in the Pacific Northwest appreciate pulling into a garage in order to unload the groceries from the automobile. Garage space is coveted in many of Portland's neighborhoods. Homes in Hillside, a neighborhood of Portland, demand a premium price for parking space on the property and can make or break a buyers decision to purchase based on garage space. Lake Oswego homes and the suburb of Beaverton have so many classic and expensive luxury cars. They need to be parked out of the rain & cold.
In other parts of the World where parking cars comes with a premium price, garage space is being designed into the structure of the building.

In Sunny Isles Beach, Florida we hear that in 2015 the Porsche Design Tower will be completed with units ranging from $3 million to $9 million.
