Formal Living Room Can Double As A Patio.
A few weeks ago I wrote a home staging post from Fresno CA, called:
We Just Want A Few Pictures On The Walls. Lite Staging? I thought I had covered the topic, but realized after seeing an episode on HGTV's House Hunters that I had missed something. I know that neither HGTV, nor the show House Hunters is responsible for the very lite staging done here. This one is probably ( or aledgedly) done by the homeowner or real estage agent.
As a home stager writing to other home stagers, as well as realtors (who are way to savy to do this) I don't think I need to comment or editorialize, exept to say that I was rendered speechless.
The formal living room.

I have those same outdoor chairs, on my patio. Maybe I should put them in my living room too?
