Lumber Liquidators has Hundreds of Complaints
Thinking of buying a flooring product from Lumber Liquidators? You may want to think again.They have received hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of complaints, most about defective product. An article there dated October 2, 2013 states that the Better Business Bureau has received nearly 300 complaints, most of which are related to problems with the product. The Better Business Bureau's own website at http://bbb.org/norfolk/business-reviews/floors-hardwood/lumber-liquidators-in-toano-va-51001693 curretly shows 445 complaints. Recent problems with Lumber Liquidators are mentioned at www.HardwoodInstaller.com and at www.BobVila.com.How does the corporate office respond to the complaints about defective product? They assume no responsibility and blame the installer.
The major problem with their defense is that people who walk into Lumber Liquidators are referred the installer by the store.
