Listing Agents Who CONSISTENTLY Double Side The Sale
While I read Are Home Sellers Hurt When The Listing Agent Double Sides The Sale? regarding pocket listings, I was thinking about listing agents who consistently double side the sale on MLS listed properties.
It is a real treat when the listing agent receives both sides of a transaction, Sellers and Buyers commission on the sale.  But when you think about the odds of that happening, it's not very likely to happen.  You see, it's just me, the listing agent marketing my listing trying to find A Buyer VS hundreds of agents with Buyers interested in my area.
I am predominately a listing agent, and I very rarely get the opportunity, maybe once a year, to work with both sides.  But when I see listing agents who consistently have both sides on MLS listed properties, it get's me to thinking.  What are your thoughts?
